Dolce Salani Bakery is a family-owned business headed by husband and wife duo, Salim and Rozmin Esmail. Salim perfected his craft in Denmark, where he worked for ten years as a qualified Pastry Chef. Salim has over forty years of baking experience and has spent time working in numerous countries, including Kenya and Uganda.

After working for hotels and airlines across the globe, Salim has brought his expertise to the heart of Vancouver.

We specialize in Desserts and Pastries for all occasions including Weddings Cakes and Slab Cakes. We take individual orders for Birthdays and all other occasions and can supply eggless and nut-free cakes.
